Revere Product’s Internet Site process all orders with 24-48 hours, orders usually ship the same day. ANY AND ALL PRICES: herein are subject to change without notice.

Quotations:

Prices on large quantities or items not found on Revere Product’s Internet Site are available on request. Contact a Revere Products Customer Service Representative for assistance at 1-800-321-1976.

Sales Tax:

Revere Products is required to charge state tax on items sold to purchasers in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NJ, NY, NC, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, WV, WI, for which sales tax exemption certification has not been provided.

Payment Terms:

Revere Product’s Internet Site accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. All orders and payments will be in US dollars.

Freight Policy:

FREIGHT IS PREPAID AND ADDED TO CUSTOMER'S INVOICE ON ALL ORDERS, unless otherwise stated. Orders are shipped to customer’s place of business anywhere in the United States, using routing of our choice. Due to weight and size restrictions, some products must be shipped by truck, a Revere Products Representative may contact you to coordinate your shipment. If you prefer your own carrier, we would be happy to ship on your account. Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, a street address must be proved for every order.

Additional Freight Charges:

Any extra charge incurred for additional services such as special handling at the destination, must be paid by customer.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Revere Products, please call our Customer Service Representative for your Return Authorization before returning any product within 30 days from the date of invoice at 800-321-1976. Revere Products will give you a merchandise credit, refund or an equal exchange for authorized returns. Please prepay shipping; we do not accept CODs. Custom orders are not returnable. Restocking charges up to 20% plus freight charges may apply to returns not adhering to the return policy.

Damages/Loss Claims:

If product was damaged or lost in transit, please note the damage/loss on the delivery receipt and obtain an inspection report for the damage from the truck line immediately. If your product damage was a concealed damage (not visible until package opened), you have 5 business days from the date received to report damaged otherwise the responsibility will be that of the customer. Contact a Revere Products Customer Service Representative for assistance at 1-800-321-1976 to report all damages or losses.

Shipping Hazardous Products:

Products considered hazardous for shipping will require special packaging, handling, and additional shipping charges. For specific details and charges, call 800-321-1976.
